CAN/DID - Character & Interpersonal Skills Development and Deployment
In its most simple form, CAN/DID is a group of industry professionals and mentors who have come together to give back to the world of safaris and help us all refine the guiding culture throughout Africa. The veteran nature guides, career mentors and professional therapists involved all bring to the tabletops that help the guide improve their relationswith their guests, the relationship with their lodges and its employees and, ultimately, the relationship with themselves!

Individual/Team Mentoring
Our team consist of veterans safari guides with no less than a decade of work in multiple lodges/camps across Africa, career counsellors and therapists. Wether it be courses that help to develop the skills of teams, individual coaching with those who may be struggling with guest feedback or battling with mental health and the strains that can come with life in a lodge environment - our team is here to help!
